Welcome to MYOB Advanced: Managing Data and Users! In this course, you will learn about managing and creating a user or an advisor. This course will also walk you through the steps in managing data, including roles and permissions.

Module 2: Budgeting and Expenses

Welcome to MYOB Advanced: Budgeting and Expenses! In this course, you will learn about budgeting and expenses and implementing budgets and cash flows. This course will also cover cost centres, including budget and tracking reimbursable expenses and the start of the year adjustments.

Module 3: Advanced Reporting

Welcome to MYOB Advanced: Advanced Reporting! This course will teach you how to set up reports in Report Settings. By the end of the course, you will know how to customise reports, including changing the look and content of an MYOB report, filtering information or adding, removing and reordering columns, as well as personalising PDF reports.

This course will also cover end-of-year processes, writing off and settling bad debts, entering prepayments and accrued expenses and starting a new financial year.
