As the daughter of two successful business owners, Fiona’s parents encouraged her to open a retail business of her own. In doing so, she learned the importance of understanding numbers and streamlining processes.
Her bookkeeping business was established in 2003, with the main goal of helping other business owners improve and simplify their operations to secure their industry journeys.
In addition to being a bookkeeper/BAS Agent, Fiona is a trusted educator in Xero Accounting Software. She has taught bookkeepers and advisors in both the classroom and online settings while also developing Xero courses and User Manuals on her own.
Fiona has been recognised as a leader in the Northern Suburbs of Victoria, running a regular ABN Coffee Club in South Morang which aims to support bookkeepers with a series of group information sessions.
